After your consultation, you will receive an invoice to pay the dietitian. You can then submit this to your health insurer; depending on your policy, you may be reimbursed up to 100%. There are four types of policies: budget, *natura* (contracted care), combination, and *restitutie* (reimbursement) policies. Budget and *natura* policies are cheaper, but the reimbursement is often slightly lower\u2014averaging 65\u201385%. The *restitutie* policy is slightly more expensive, but it typically offers 100% reimbursement. Check your policy for the specific terms and conditions that apply to you. <\/p>\n

In other cases, you can often come to me directly; I will then perform an initial screening (Direct Access) to determine whether it is safe and appropriate to start treatment.
